Call the Helpline
Staff will ask a few questions to determine your needs and refer you to the most appropriate BenePhilly center. -
Eligibility Screening
BenePhilly serves low-income Philadelphia residents. No formal documentation is required for the initial call. -
Intake Process
You’ll be connected to a counselor who will help you apply for benefits, follow up on applications, and troubleshoot issues. -
Ongoing Support
Counselors can assist with renewals, appeals, and navigating multiple benefit systems. Services are free and confidential.
