Open Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 8:00 AM. You’ll speak with a legal advocate or leave a message for a callback. -
Eligibility Screening
PHLP serves low-income individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities who need help accessing publicly funded healthcare (like Medicaid or CHIP). Services are free. -
Intake Process
You’ll be asked about your healthcare issue, insurance status, and household details. Intake is typically done by phone or email. -
