What to Expect When You Contact Them:

  1. Initial Inquiry
    You’ll be asked about your location, household size, and food needs. They’ll guide you to the nearest pantry, fridge, or delivery option.

  2. Eligibility Screening

    • For senior food boxes: Must be age 60+ and meet income guidelines (130% of the poverty line).

    • For general food access: Most pantries have flexible or no eligibility requirements.

  3. Registration
    You may need to provide ID, proof of address, and income (for certain programs). For home delivery, you’ll fill out a short form or email verification documents.

  4. Ongoing Support

    • Monthly food boxes for seniors

    • Emergency food access

    • Community fridge access (24/7 at some locations)

    • Referrals to other food and social services
