With over 20 years of dedicated leadership in home care management, we bring extensive experience as a Director of Compliance and Communications—guiding agencies toward operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and meaningful client engagement. Our background spans the strategic oversight of compliance initiatives, staff training, and quality assurance programs, all tailored to Pennsylvania's OLTL, DOH, and OSHA standards.
We've built and led cross-functional teams, implemented scalable documentation systems, and translated complex regulations into clear, actionable protocols that empower staff and protect clients. From developing branded communications to launching staff-friendly workflows, my mission has always been to make compliance relatable, sustainable, and culturally embedded.
